In my opinion, the labor acts can be broadly classified into two categories: Controlling and Social Security. The acts mentioned, such as Working Hours, Leave, Overtime, Disputes, Misconducts, etc., fall under controlling acts.
As for social security acts, they include Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Gratuity, Bonus, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, etc.
