I am currently pursuing an MBA in HR & Systems, and I am facing confusion about choosing my main project in either HR or Systems. Any suggestions based on your experience would greatly help me. Kindly guide me on this— which one is more preferable considering the scope of organizations—whether to focus on HR or Systems.

While both have importance, you can consider Hr because of the demand, vast scope it offers ie from Recruitment to retirement !
