A candidate joined us in the first week of June, and after 10 days, we came to know through a background verification report that this candidate submitted all fake documents from their previous employer (Offer Letter, Appointment letter, payslip, relieving, etc., with 5 years of experience) and never actually worked with that employer.
He attended our office for approximately 15 days. Kindly advise if he is eligible to receive 15 days' salary and probation notice pay salary as we have relieved him with immediate effect (as per our offer letter, either party can terminate the contract with 7 days' notice pay).
In our offer letter, a clause is mentioned that if your background verification fails, your employment will be canceled immediately.
