Hi Team, I hope all is well. I have a small doubt. If an unplanned leave is taken on a Friday and Saturday, which are declared regular holidays, will it be considered as 2 days of leave? It would be great if I could get some clarity on this.

If an employee has taken one day of leave on Friday, and Saturday is a declared holiday by the company, with Sunday being the weekly holiday, the concerned staff shall report for duty only on Monday. In this scenario, only one day of leave is to be considered, which is on Friday.
