Hi Sanjay,
Our compliments on an excellent presentation on the ever-relevant topic of training effectiveness. We really admire your thought process behind the creation of these slides, both in terms of the content and the visual appeal. We look forward to more value-adding inputs from you.

Hi Sanjay,
It's nice to see the stuff on ROI. Seriously, that shows your hard work on this presentation. But I want to know two things: can I get the password for this PowerPoint, and regarding the trainings conducted internally, when the trainer is available from the office itself, is there a requirement to calculate ROI?
Thanks and regards,

Hi Sanjay,
Thank you for your effortful contribution with us. However, I think there is some internal problem with the file as I am unable to open it. Could you kindly reattach it? Alternatively, if you could forward the same to my email address at ziddikhan@gmail.com, I would be very grateful.
Thanks and Regards,

Thank you, Sanjay, for sharing this PPT with us. The contents are very clear and crisp.
Evaluation of training programs is still a tricky area and is becoming more focused as companies increasingly seek to understand the bottom-line impact of the training dollars spent on the final performance of the company. I am currently working on a project on this topic; please share if you have more information on the same.
Have a beautiful day ahead.
