Dear Mr. Gaurav,
609 * 26 = 15834 (This is the correct monthly rate, exclusive of W/off).
Paid Weekly Off Treatment
The paid weekly off should be treated as overtime (OT), which is supposed to be paid at twice the rate (Rs 609 * 2).
Mandatory Compliance
There are various mandatory compliances under the central sphere. You have to check which apply to your establishment or share more details so that seniors can suggest their views.
For OT, you should consider Rs. 609 as the daily rate; however, the monthly salary should be Rs. 15834 (calculated for 26 days exclusive of applicable W/offs). Don’t consider the monthly wages on a daily basis, as it causes trouble (25, 26, or 27 days in different months, based on Sunday/rotational weekly off).
