Who is playing the games on the computer? I mean to say, what is the designation of the employees?
If a few employees are playing games on the computer, then how has it gone unnoticed by the HoD or the Reporting Manager of the employees? Why did they not warn the erring employees?
If the employees have time to play games on the computer, it could indicate that they may not have sufficient work. They have some disposable time. Therefore, the right thing to do is workload analysis and find out who has surplus time.
Rather than volunteering to learn some new skills, if employees prefer spending time playing computer games, it shows that they lack a learning attitude. Therefore, the situation merits promoting a culture of learning. Self-learning is the best means of personal development. Promote the importance of personal development.
