We know the adage, "THE BOSS IS RIGHT." The best way to handle an angry or immature boss is to be calm when the boss shouts and never talk back. Even if you feel that justice is not meted out, hold your peace and be calm. Wait for the right time to speak to your boss when he or she is in a good mood or after you have done some exceptionally good work to explain your cause. If things don't change, it should be time for you to change your job.

My boss (reporting manager) is so immature that she always comments on personal issues, like why I am late for lunch, why I am talking to that person, or why I bring certain things in my lunch box. We feel like puppets in her hands. I often get confused about how to react. Most of the time, I don't say anything and keep quiet, but now things are getting worse. Working in such an unprofessional environment is becoming really hard every day.

"BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT." How far are you concerned with this? In my opinion, it is a fact in practical terms but may be critical in a theoretical aspect. An angry boss is visionary. A visionary boss is never angry. Based on Superior Sense (BOSS), he is able to handle situations with many tricks, but the tricks he deals with will always be positive.
