Dear All, Happy New Year to everybody! Please clarify my doubt. If any male individual has two spouses with their two children, can both wives and their children be eligible for ESIC benefits?

ESIC has option for single spouse only, however the minor children from deceased spouse are also covered, provided they have IP name in their records as parent
