Hi all, hope everyone is doing great. My name is Rahul, and I recently joined a company, let's call it Company A, on 17th February 2020. Meanwhile, I have received another job offer with a better package, nearly 30% higher than what Company A is offering. The current company has a notice period of 2 months and a probation period of 6 months. Both companies are located in Hyderabad, India.
I do not want to abscond from the company; I am seeking a smooth transition. If I submit my resignation here, what consequences might I face? How should I handle the notice period? Are there any legal implications? Will my name be added to a blacklist (Nasscom or any other database)?
HR experts, please assist me with this matter.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Rahul, I hope you have considered other benefits, working environment, travel time, etc., not just the package. It's only been a month, and you are already thinking about switching companies, which may not create a good impression on your resume.
Notice Period and Company Policies
Regarding your point about the notice period of 2 months, you will need to serve the notice period. Please carefully review your company's policies on probation and the notice period.
Consulting HR for Salary and Release Options
I would also recommend talking to your company's HR department. There is a chance that you may receive a similar salary increase in your current company or even be granted an early release.
I hope you have not signed any bond.
