If an employee is absent for half a day, i.e., in a month of 30 days, he has worked for 29.5 days. How should the NCP value be calculated in PF Returns? In this scenario, should the gross salary for 29.5 days or the gross salary for 30 days be taken into consideration?

full 30 days is to be considered, NCP stands for non contributory period, and if the employee has taken half day leave it would be counted as present
