Hi,
No (paid) leaves will not form part of CTC. Leaves are a statutory benefit under the respective Act. However, compulsory leaves for 2 days every month may form part of the contract/employment terms between the employer and the employee.

Dear friend,
Paid leave implies working days without work. The salary for working days includes the salary for any statutory leave taken, which is already included in the CTC. Therefore, it does not need to be included again in the computation of CTC. However, the salary paid towards the surrender of any leave can be included if such practice is in vogue.
