My colleague has worked for 4 years at the previous company and 4 months at the current company. After resigning from the current company, he has claimed online for provident fund withdrawal and pension fund withdrawal using form 19 and 10C. Form 19 has been successfully processed, but form 10C has been rejected. His date of birth is 23.6.1962. Could you please let me know if there is any option for withdrawing the pension fund?

Hi, if you have not completed your KYC, you can change your DOB. But if it's verified, then you cannot. Please note that your DOB on PAN card and name on AADHAR should match all the details available on the PF account.
For example, if your AADHAR name is XYZ but the PF name is XXY, you will not be able to withdraw the PF. You have to get your bank name, AADHAR details, and PAN card synced all together.
