Can anyone help me? I am working on a project regarding the charging of sales and CS training for car dealerships in India. How do I start? Can anyone help me with the process to be followed? Are there any KPIs I should keep in mind while charging the trainings to dealerships?

Thank you for your time. We, the Car OEM, deliver free sales and customer service training to the sales and CS participants for all the dealerships in India. Now, as you know, the market condition is quite bad, and we cannot afford to provide free training anymore due to budget constraints.

Therefore, we would like to start charging for all requested training from the dealerships. How should I begin? How much can I charge for each training per day? What parameters should I consider if I set the training cost, for example, at Rs. 1000 per day per person?
