Bulk Hiring Challenge: How Do You Successfully Recruit 300 Candidates for the Australian Process?

Hi Seniors, Can any one suggest what strategies I can use for bulk hiring. I have to close 300 profiles. 100 for Mumbai Australian process freshers and experienced.\

Hi Lovina,

You can approach the candidates through walk-ins, campus hiring, or you can contact institutes that are running under CSR activities of organizations like - ICICI Academy of school, etc. You can get candidates in bulk from there.
