Increment percentage is something that is decided based on the performance of the company for the period under review. The commonly followed increment percentage is 10% to 15%. If you want to increase the percentage of increment, you need to justify how the performance of all employees has helped to improve the revenue of the company compared to the previous period of the year under review. Obviously, management will decide on increment numbers based on the bottom line of the Profit and Loss statement.
