Dear Friend,
If your management has compelled you to resign, then they have no right to deduct the amount of your notice period. Discuss the issue of resignation with the senior person in detail and let them know that the resignation has been taken from the company end. Despite this, if they do not give you proper solutions, then ask them for a written reason for your resignation.

Dear,
First, you need to understand the meaning of resignation. It means leaving the job of one's own will. If the employer is asking you to leave, it means you are being fired from the job. In such a case, the employer is liable to pay one month's notice or salary if you have completed your probation period and have been confirmed by the management. In your case, you are being fired. First, ask for the reason and seek legal assistance accordingly.
