Hi guys, kindly help me to rectify the following problem. While we try to claim the PF amount for one of our employees, at the initial stage, Aadhaar was verified by UIDAI and linked with the UAN account. When we try to claim the amount at the final stage, it sends the OTP for the claim but shows the following reason: "OTP verified but the data available against the UAN in the system is not matching with the data available with UIDAI (AADHAAR)." However, we haven't made any corrections to Aadhaar. Kindly help me find a solution for this issue.

Hi everyone,

I was facing the same issue as well. However, after contacting the EPFO Helpdesk, I was informed that there is a technical issue on their end, and hopefully, it will be resolved within a week. You don't need to make any changes or updates.

Hi guys,

I was having the same problem, and after much effort to identify the issue, I couldn't find a solution. But one fine day, I tried using the UMANG app, and hurrah! It worked! So, I suggest you guys also give it a try; it may work for you as well.

I was also facing the same issue but thanks to Manish who suggested to use Umang app.. I got my withdrawal within 3 days

I had the same error, and instead of contacting the PF office, I thought of doing some online research and found this post. The claim that I was unable to submit through the EPFO portal, I could using the UMANG APP (This is a government app available in the Play Store).

Dear Friend, Please ask the employee whether he had done any changes in Aadhar, unless it doesn’t show that kind of error.

OTP verified, but the data available against the UAN in the system does not match with the data available with UIDAI (AADHAAR). How can I solve this error? And why did this error occur? His Aadhaar card is also up to date without any changes. Kindly tell me, guys.
