Navigating Insurance: Can We Add a Group Personal Accident Policy Alongside ESIC?


Dear all, Our company have ESIC facility can we also take Group Personal Accidental (GPA) policy. Is there any requirement for WC Policy???? why it is required???

All those for whom ESI Applicable for all those WC/EC Policy not required but all those who are out of ESI Criteria need to be covered under WC including your MD/CEO ( But not the directors)
