Hi, I need help. We are a 75-year-old company, and I've just joined here. We have recently started with the PF & ESIC facility. Only new employees benefit under PF & ESIC. I'm thinking of providing the PF and ESIC facility to old employees as well, who are not registered for PF & ESIC. Please guide me on whether we can register them for PF & ESIC benefits.

Employee Size and Legal Considerations for PF and ESIC

What is your company's employee size? Opening PF and ESIC is not a problem, but I guess depending on your employee size, it will involve some legalities since it is an old establishment. My suggestion is to seek help from a legal consultant on PF and ESIC. Also, visit the official website of PF and ESIC:
