Hello all, I would like to ask you here that if employer is spending for employees’s soft skill training, does he need to pay employees as well for that session attended? Kindly help!

Dear HR colleague,

Any on-the-job training, whether during working hours or not, entitles the employee to receive their salary, regardless of whether the training costs are covered by the company.
