Good evening to everyone. I am Ruzbay Kanga, newly appointed as the HR Head. The company I am working for is quite old but is currently experiencing rapid growth. It is somewhat unorganized, which is why I have been brought on board to develop policies, rules, and regulations such as:
1. Human Resource Planning and Recruitment & Appointment Policy
2. Induction and Orientation Policy
3. Training & Development Policy
4. Performance Management Policy
5. Increment Policy
6. Employee Discipline Policy
7. Grievance Redressal Policy
8. Employee Health Policy
9. Employee Safety Policy
10. Personnel File Policy
11. Credential Verification Policy
12. Employee Welfare Policy (including Maternity Benefits policy, other celebrations, subsidized meals, bank accounts, etc.)
13. Conveyance Policy
14. Dress Code Policy
15. Accommodation Policy
16. Employee Rights & Responsibilities
17. Resignation Policy
18. Leave Policy (including compensatory off policy)
19. Punctuality & Attendance Guidelines
20. Probation & Confirmation Guidelines
Company Description
The company is a steam manufacturing unit, supplying steam to other firms. Initially, we had only one firm, but now we operate at five different locations, effectively opening five separate steam manufacturing units. Each unit employs nearly 50 people.
