I resigned from the central government on the date 13/04/2018 after completing 7 years and 11 months of regular service. I joined on 02 May 2010 under the NPS scheme. I want to know if I am eligible for gratuity or not.

Central Government employees are covered under the Death cum Retirement Gratuity Scheme of the Government. To my understanding, it is not applicable in resignation cases. The Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 does not apply in the case of government employees covered under the Scheme.
