How can I remove them, except for the current working employees? When I access the member profiles, there is an option to exit. You cannot exit members in bulk. You have to exit them one by one. Also, make sure to note the date of exit. You have to select Short-Cessation. If an employee reaches retirement age, then choose Retirement or Superannuation (depending on the situation).
