I am an HR intern with a Consumer Services Company (Flight booking portal), and I have been given the responsibility of formulating an HR policy since it is a startup and has no proper HR structure as such. However, as I have no firsthand experience in HR, I am a bit confused. What all should be included in the policy? And is the job description (JD) mentioned in the policy in detail? Please help.
