Ayan and Nirav thanks for the Knowledge share. Can any one here explain me employee contribution is 12% on Basic but In many CTC structures i could see Employer contribution as 6% on CTC. I have visited few sites where it shows Employee and employer holds 12% contribution on Basic
Example : if basic of XYZ is 13000
Employee contribution is 12% of 13000 is 1560
Employer contribution is not the same as seen in one of the CTC structure. Can anyone explain me how and why?
