Dear senior, as PF withdrawal is made online (mandatory) by the PF department, I have some small doubts regarding this. One of our employees has a PF balance of Rs 40,000, and his total service is 2.5 years. His KYC documents like Aadhar and bank account have been linked to UAN, but due to some problem, he can't link his PAN card.
Online PF Withdrawal Process
As per the new circular, he needs to submit an online claim for settlement. Since his PAN is not linked to UAN, and in the online claim, there is no option to submit Form 15G, I am wondering how much TDS will be deducted from his PF balance of Rs 40,000 as he cannot submit PAN and Form 15G.
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
Regarding your query, if the employee has worked less than 5 years and the total contribution exceeds Rs. 50,000, the PAN card must be submitted online. Otherwise, it is not necessary to submit the PAN card online. Many individuals are encountering the same error while attempting to submit their PAN card.
