Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I need your help. My appraisal date was in July, but in July, I went on maternity leave. In that case, my appraisal was due. After that, when I joined back in December, I asked the HR Manager regarding my appraisal. She informed me that my appraisal would not be processed due to maternity leave.
In this case, what should I do? Please suggest.
