Dear Vibha, while your intentions to train the workers are commendable, your post lacks clarity regarding the industry you belong to, the education level of the workers, pressing issues in your company, and so on. Above all, have you obtained the budgetary approval?
Types of Training for Workers
HR personnel can organize various types of training for their workers. However, it is crucial to organize training programs that cater to your organization's needs. Therefore, you may conduct exercises to identify the training requirements before organizing employee training. Prioritize the organization's needs over personal preferences. Before embarking on the training, clearly define how the training effectiveness will be measured, when it will be assessed, and who will be responsible for the evaluation.
I have previously provided a comprehensive reply on the topic of employee training. Please refer to the following link:

Dear Vibha, rightly said by Mr. Dinesh, there should be some basic objectives to arrange any training, such as the level of workers you want to train, the budget scenario of your organization, and whether the training is topic-oriented or comprehensive.
In many cases, HR is expected to organize training for various departments on different topics as per their requirements. However, in my opinion as an HR professional, you can conduct training on Statutory Compliance & Employment Laws, Employee Benefits & Compensation, Attendance and Leave Policy, Maternity Benefits (separately for female staff), Team Building, etc.
There can be numerous topics. Nowadays, for employee retention and to achieve better output, companies are providing a lot of training. I have prepared a general presentation on Statutory Compliance and Employment Laws, which was appreciated by many learned members. Some corrections were made based on expert reviews and suggestions.
You can go through the presentation and provide training. If any further clarification is required, please feel free to contact me. Also, find attached the revised presentation I prepared for my company. Since there have been many amendments during the period, you need to customize the presentation as per the latest amendments and your requirements. Moreover, you can include an extra slide showing the applicability and compliance level of your company concerning related topics.
Hope this reply will help you and serve your purpose.

Identifying Training Needs as an HR Professional
As an HR professional, you should always observe your work environment. This will help you automatically identify the types of training you can provide. For example, in my company, I noticed that the office boy's behavior was unprofessional, so I conducted a training session on office etiquette specifically for office boys. I also organized training on maintaining a clean desk, as some people were not keeping their workspaces tidy. File management or file keeping is another key factor.
You can also observe areas of improvement in your workplace, whether they are small or large, and start educating or training your employees accordingly. I suggest starting with small training sessions. These sessions will not consume more than 30 minutes, are cost-efficient, and importantly, you can conduct these trainings yourself.
Additionally, you can have discussions with your department head to identify training needs and arrange the necessary training sessions accordingly.
