Hello everyone, I am Rohit Mishra, pursuing an MBA specialization in Human Resources. I want to build a career in HR legal area. Can anyone guide me about the field and the necessary steps that I should take?

See, I am suggesting this in good faith, but this route is very tough to undergo initially, but it always brings you success as you excel.

1) Get an LLB or BL from a good college. Without this, there is less scope as in labor courts, tribunals, or departments; you will need this.

2) Start legal training from now. It takes at least 3 years to become a knowledgeable lawyer and 10 years to become an expert.

Hope this helps.
