In our company, the leave entitlement is specified as 20 days per employee. There is no distinction between different types of leave such as EL/SL/CL. This leave must be utilized within the same financial year; otherwise, there will be no leave encashment.
Is this system acceptable according to Bengaluru labor law? If not, what is the correct procedure to follow? Please assist me in rectifying this issue.

If your company registered under shops and establishment act, you can have 12 CL, 12 SL and 15 earned leaves.
