I am planning to take my team, including women employees, out for an overnight stay in and around Bangalore. The approximate budget is INR 2k per person for stay and food. The plan is to do some team-building activities along with a night out.

Did you try contacting Karnataka Tourism? I think they have a lot of options for such purposes, with 2/3/5 & more duration days trips all over Karnataka. I guess they would have discounted rates for bulk bookings also.
