Hi Shehzad,
I am going for an interview. Could somebody please explain the procedure for the termination of employment? How does it occur from the first step? I would be grateful for your help. Please remember, I am from Pakistan, so the answer should be in accordance with Pakistani laws.
Thanks,
Shehzad

Dear sir,
I received a show-cause notice from the Factory Inspector regarding the contravention of Section 6(1)(d) of the Factories Act, 1948, read with Rule 4(1) of the Puducherry Factories Rules, 1964. The manufacturing process (e.g., machinery spares components, automobile spare components) is being carried out in the factory without a valid license under the Factories Act, 1948, which is currently in force.
Kindly assist me and provide the format for the reply letter.
Regards,
Prasad
