Please check your appointment letter to verify the notice period for leaving the service. If the notice period was one month, then you should have worked for the full one-month period after submitting your resignation. As you mentioned that you only worked for 15 days, you are required to reimburse the company for the remaining 15 days of salary.
It would be advisable to schedule a meeting with the HR head of your previous company to address this matter and to obtain your experience certificate and payment details. Dialogue tends to be more effective than written correspondence or resorting to litigation.

As rightly advised by Mr. Kalsi, dialogue always works better than litigation. I have seen employees do wrong things first, then ask for the remedy for the consequences faced. I fail to understand why employees don't take advice from seniors and act to avoid any complications.

I have worked for one company for over four years in the sales department, and as per company rules, I served a one-month notice period. I have approximately 52 earned leave days and 15 days of salary for working days pending. Additionally, around 20 months of my conveyance allowance are also pending from the employer. It has been four months since my last working day with the previous company. Despite this, my current company has not released my Full and Final (F&F) amount.
Every time I inquire about my F&F with my employer, they inform me that there are pending dues from the market, and once those are collected, they will release my amount. Please assist me in getting my pending amount or suggest how I can proceed.

You haven't mentioned your position or designation so that we can examine whether you are covered under the category of "worker." If you are covered under the worker category, then you have the option to approach the area labor department of the state; otherwise, you have to seek a remedy under the Court of law.
