What is the current wage limit and bonus ceiling under the latest bonus amendment. Need copy of the notification also when it is proposed, implemented and what is the effective date.

The latest limit is 21,000/-. It is effective from 1st April 2014, though the various High Courts have granted a stay on its retrospective implementation. You have to follow it effective from 01.04.2015 in any case.
