Respected all,
I've been asked to prepare an Employee Newsletter. I have not done such a thing before, and I need all your guidance in this regard. Could you please help me by providing a sample Employee Newsletter?
Thanks with Regards,

Hello Aruna,
You can have a "New Recruit Details" corner and an "HR Events" corner. The HR Events corner should include information on birthdays, new management policies introduced, etc. Additionally, you can mention employee achievements, and company progress can also be communicated if required.
Best Regards,

I was the editor of my house magazine. I have changed jobs. Unfortunately, I do not have any copies with me of the work I did. Here are some tips:
1. Cover all happenings in the company: inaugurations, celebrations, competitions, etc.
2. Write the contents short and include more photographs. Try to include common employees in the pictures, not just executives.
3. Keep the same font size on all pages. Specifically, do not mix font sizes for two or three articles on a single page with different font sizes just to cover the topic.
4. We also used to cover achievements from employees' families: excellence in academics, culture, or sports.
5. You can cover some interesting general topics such as yoga, fitness, etc.
6. We also tried crosswords on topics covered in the edition.
7. A very important fact is that what you publish should be of interest to the employees. Otherwise, you will find it in the canteens. We used to post to their residential address so that their families are also aware of what is happening in the company.
8. We used to dedicate one full page for the MD's message.
I will send you a sample of another company's newsletter tomorrow. I have asked one of my friends to send me a copy.
