The statements in your post are a little confusing due to inadequate information. You have not mentioned the department in which you work or the field in which you want to learn more. Additionally, managing employees or increasing the company's growth is typically the job of leadership. Are you at a leadership level?
Furthermore, when starting a company, the owner must have created a business plan. There are two types of business plans: one for presenting to bankers to secure a loan and another for developing the company. Have you prepared the latter?
I provide consulting services to SMEs. Recently, a sole proprietorship from Guwahati engaged me for consulting. However, with limited information, I am unable to provide further comments.
