Want to know the simple parameters of performance assessment of your employees in routine just for reviewing. Can anyone guide on this.

I am working in an automobile dealership of passenger cars owned by Tata Motors dealing in car retails and its servicing and repairing. We are running a chain of vehicle showrooms & its workshop.
