Dear All,

We are facing a Third-Party audit from a reputed organization. They are asking for shift approval as we are running four shifts (Shift A, B, C & General). May I know what the procedure is for getting shift approval and from which authority it can be taken? Please advise on the matter.

Regards, Jai Sharma

Are you registered under Shop or Factory? If you are registered under Shop, or have female employees working in all shifts, then apply under Sec-30 to LC Chandigarh with all the following documents:

- Cover note requesting permission to work in shifts with a reason for working at night
- Registration certificate
- List of male & female employees
- Agreement with Security Agency (PASARA certified)
- Agreement with Travel Agency with all guidelines signed by the vendor
- MOA of the company (Nature of work)
