Conduct an Audit
A. Conduct an audit and provide their report. It has to cover all the items noted in a detailed checklist like:

Standard Operating Procedure for Labour Law Compliance
B. Provide us with a Standard Operating Procedure for labour law compliance. This would involve preparing all records, registers, and returns required under labour laws and providing an SOP for the ongoing maintenance of the same.
Submissions to the authorities are not part of this work.
Legal Opinion on Labour/Employment Laws
C. Provide a legal opinion on questions that the company has with respect to labour/employment-related laws.
We would need the work to be done by a qualified professional. Both online and offline modes are fine with us. People who have done this in multiple other places with references would be highly preferred.
