Thank you for all your kind words regarding my previous post on Retail Customer Service. My earlier post is a combination of Customer Service and Selling Skills. I hope some of you find it helpful for customizing and using with your trainees.
I have created an exclusive module on Retail Customer Service, focusing solely on service aspects for frontline staff. This module can be easily implemented without much customization. This time, I will be able to incorporate stories and videos. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attach videos due to their large file sizes. If anyone is interested in running this module, please contact me for the videos, and I will be more than happy to assist you.
