Please help me. How can I determine from which month onwards new joiners start performing as per company expectations? If you have any reports on this, please share them.

Dear Madhavan, It appears that you do not have a proper policy on Employee Performance Appraisal. How do you measure performance? Do you have well-defined KPIs and KRAs? What is your performance cycle - quarterly or half-yearly?

Whatever the designation of the employee may be, whether they are on probation or not, their performance measurement starts from the first day. Initially, set lower targets.
