I have recently joined a newly started company in Karnataka state and I am seeking guidance on setting up the HR Department. Previously, I was working in Maharashtra state, so I am not familiar with Karnataka state's labor laws. I am confused about where to begin, such as PF code registration, factory license, etc. Please guide me.
