From my point of view, there are some important responsibilities followed by the human resource department. These responsibilities are as follows:
1. Attendance Policy (Regular attendance report related to company employees)
2. Creating leave cards for all employees at the end of every month
3. Recruitment (as per requirements)
4. Organizing induction programs for new employees
5. Organizing training programs
6. Celebrating employees' birthdays as well as work anniversaries
7. Appraising employee performance at the end of every year
8. Handling employee compensation and benefit policies
9. Handling employee separation or termination policies
10. Arranging exit interviews.
