hi can someone inform what is the act if management misconduct with employees? can employees has the rights to ask if he finds his superior is misbehaving with him?

Yes, he can file a complaint before the Grievance Committee in the organization formed in accordance with Section 9C of the Industrial Disputes Act. In the absence of such a committee, he can raise it before the HOD/Manager superior to your immediate superior who is misbehaving or the CEO/Managing Director.
