Dear Ismail, As per my knowledge it is 100 ft away from the building Area, Seniors if m wrong please correct me.

As far as I am concerned, distance is not a concern. However, please keep in mind that all the people should be assembled at an open place that is easily accessible and has a nearby escape route in case of emergencies turning into disasters. In such situations, all assembled people should leave the place promptly.
The best location would be near the entry/exit gate at ground level.
