How can I complain/ warn company about an old colleague of mine that he was fired due to very bad behaviour (adding drugs in the drink of a colleague)?

Though your post is very small, it raises many doubts. When you say "old colleague of mine," do you mean to say the friendship is old or the colleague is old in age? Secondly, did the company conduct the inquiry before removal? If yes, was the misconduct proved?
While many companies encourage fun at the workplace, there is a difference between having fun and being funny. Fun is also different from horseplay. Adding a drug to a drink is a serious offense. Was the drug prohibited under the local laws? If yes, then it could be a crime.
Friendship does not mean you should take up the cudgel for your friend for the wrong reasons. The need of the hour is to tell him to get counseled by a psychologist or even a psychiatrist. If you defend him, he could continue with his presumptuousness and one day, he could land you also in trouble. Are you ready for that?
