Understanding Minimum Wages and Take-Home Salary

Minimum wages do not mean take-home salary. That will be gross wages, and the take-home salary would be after deductions of statutory dues.

Bifurcation and PF Deduction

Up to the minimum wages, bifurcation is not allowed for the purpose of PF deduction. Please refer to the attachment.
