Under CONTRACT LABOUR (REGULATION AND ABOLITION) CENTRAL RULES. 1971, sec -27. Validity of the licence.—Every licence granted under rule 25 or renewed under rule 29’ shall remain in force for twelve months from the date it is granted or renewed. Hope this extract helps.
