Notice period will be calculated on calender days only. Most of the Personnel and statutory department will count days in calender days.

Hi Jenna,

The turnover or notice period, as we call it, is a period of 30 working days and not calendar days. It may start from the 1st day of a month and end on the 30th day or any other date, concluding after the completion of 30 days.
